What if Vibes Alliance cancels?
+If the creator cancels a confirmed session, you receive a full refund immediately. They will offer you a priority rescheduled slot at no additional cost.
Can I reschedule my session?
+Yes — reschedule requests made more than 24 hours before your session are free. Within 24 hours, contact support@joininnercircle.vip.
Which platform is the video call on?
+Sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet. You'll get the link in your confirmation email. No special software needed — a browser works fine.
Is my payment secure?
+Yes. All payments are processed by Lemonade Payments (mylemonade.io), regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya. Inner Circle never stores your payment details directly.
