Inner Circle is a creator monetisation and professional access platform enabling creators, professionals, coaches, executives, and artists to offer content, subscriptions, private communities, and paid video sessions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly, transparently, and securely. By accessing or using Inner Circle, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide — when creating an account, applying as a creator, booking a session, or interacting with the platform:
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Username and profile information
- Profile photos and social media handles
- Country and location information
- Creator biographies and professional information
- Session booking details and support requests
- User-generated content including posts, comments, messages, reviews, and uploaded media
Identity verification — creators and certain users must complete verification through Lemonade Payments. This may include government-issued identification, selfie verification, date of birth, address information, and compliance screening data.
Payment information — we do not store full card details. We retain transaction records, subscription and session payment records, creator payout records, mobile money identifiers, and wallet account references. Payments are processed through Lemonade Payments.
Automatically collected — IP addresses, device identifiers, browser and operating system information, session activity, platform usage data, error logs, referral URLs, and analytics events.
2. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, improve platform performance, measure engagement, prevent fraud, and personalise user experiences. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some platform features may become unavailable.
3. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage accounts
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Facilitate creator payouts
- Verify identities and comply with KYC obligations
- Provide customer support and deliver booked sessions
- Moderate content and detect fraud and abuse
- Improve platform performance
- Send platform notifications and transactional messages
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Creator payments & Lemonade
Approved creators may receive an independent Lemonade account and wallet. Inner Circle may transmit onboarding information to Lemonade Payments, who may perform KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory verification checks. Transaction records may be shared between Inner Circle and Lemonade for operational, compliance, and settlement purposes. All financial services remain subject to Lemonade Payments' applicable terms.
5. Session bookings
When users book sessions, booking information is shared with the relevant creator. Meeting links are generated through third-party video providers. Session metadata is retained for operational, dispute resolution, compliance, and support purposes. Inner Circle does not record private video sessions unless explicitly disclosed beforehand.
6. Creator content & subscriber access
Content posted by creators may be public, subscriber-only, VIP-only, or pay-per-view. Subscriber purchases grant access rights only and do not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. Access may be revoked for violations of our Terms of Service.
7. Communications
We may send booking confirmations, session reminders, payment confirmations, payout notifications, security alerts, product updates, and service announcements. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications while continuing to receive essential service-related messages.
8. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Payment providers — Lemonade Payments and banking partners for transaction processing and payouts
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and security vendors including Supabase and Cloudflare
- Video providers — Google Meet and other approved providers to facilitate creator sessions
- Legal authorities — where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request
- Business transactions — in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or asset sales
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or third parties.
9. Content protection & security
To protect creators and subscribers we may implement identity verification, watermarking systems, device monitoring, fraud detection, content access controls, expiring media links, security logging, and screenshot detection where supported. Users attempting to redistribute protected content may have accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
10. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, fulfil legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies. Financial and compliance records may be retained for longer periods where required by law.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in multiple countries where our infrastructure providers, payment partners, or service providers operate. By using the platform, you consent to such transfers where legally permitted.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable laws, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests may be submitted to privacy@joininnercircle.vip. We will respond within 30 days.
13. Children's privacy
Inner Circle is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will suspend the account and delete the information where legally required.
14. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational safeguards designed to protect user information, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews. No platform can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.
15. Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services including Lemonade Payments, Google Meet, Supabase, Cloudflare, and SendGrid. These services maintain their own privacy policies and practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through platform notifications. Continued use of Inner Circle following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
