1. Creator eligibility
Inner Circle is application-only. Every creator is reviewed before their profile goes live.
- You must be 18 years or older to create a creator account and receive payouts
- You must complete KYC verification through Lemonade Payments before your first payout
- You must respond to session booking requests within 2 hours during your active hours
- Accounts with false credentials will be permanently removed
2. Platform fees & pricing
We only earn when you earn. No listing fees, no setup costs.
The first 20 creators pay nothing for 3 months.
Founding creators keep 100% of all earnings — zero platform fee — for their first 3 months.
3. Content standards
✓ Allowed
- Educational content, tutorials, industry insights, personal stories, and professional advice
- Business, finance, and career content including original research
- Creative content: music, art, comedy appropriate for an adult professional audience
- Behind-the-scenes content and exclusive community access
✗ Not allowed
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind
- Any content involving, directed at, or sexualising minors
- Hate speech or content promoting violence or discrimination
- Misinformation or deliberately false claims
- Content that violates any applicable law
4. Session conduct
- Confirm within 2 hours. Late responses reduce your profile visibility.
- Arrive on time. Join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start.
- No off-platform soliciting. Do not attempt to move paid relationships to external platforms.
- Professional standards apply. Treat every fan with respect regardless of the topic.
5. Cancellation & no-show policy
- Fan cancels 24h+ before: Full refund. No payment to creator.
- Fan cancels within 24h: No refund. Creator paid in full.
- Creator no-show: Full refund to fan. Creator gets nothing. Repeated no-shows = account suspension.
- Creator cancels with 12h+ notice: Full refund to fan. No penalty to creator (up to 2 times per month).
6. Payout policy
- Payouts processed via Lemonade Payments within 24 hours of session completion
- Supported: MoMo and bank transfers
- Currencies: KES, NGN, GHS, UGX, TZS, ZAR, USD, GBP, EUR
- KYC must be completed before any payout is released

8. Enforcement
- Warning: For minor first-time violations
- Temporary suspension (7–30 days): For repeat or moderate violations
- Permanent removal: For severe violations — account terminated, earnings withheld
