I am Caroline Nyaga, an award-winning educator, STEM advocate, and the Founder and CEO of Women in STEAM Initiative, a social impact organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through STEM, artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and leadership. Over the past decade, I have worked as a Biology and Chemistry teacher while building programs that have reached thousands of young people and educators across Kenya and beyond. My content focuses on education, innovation, women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the real journey of building a purpose-driven organization. I enjoy sharing practical insights, behind-the-scenes experiences, speaking engagements, community impact, travel, and the lessons I've learned as a founder. My goal is to inspire others to believe that technology and education can transform lives. I believe in creating content that is authentic, educational, and impactful rather than simply entertaining. Every piece of content I share aims to encourage someone to learn a new skill, pursue their dreams, or create positive change in their community.
