About STEM Pathway Expert
I am Caroline Nyaga, an award-winning educator, STEM advocate, and the Founder and CEO of Women in STEAM Initiative, a social impact organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through STEM, artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and leadership. Over the past decade, I have worked as a Biology and Chemistry teacher while building programs that have reached thousands of young people and educators across Kenya and beyond. My content focuses on education, innovation, women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the real journey of building a purpose-driven organization. I enjoy sharing practical insights, behind-the-scenes experiences, speaking engagements, community impact, travel, and the lessons I've learned as a founder. My goal is to inspire others to believe that technology and education can transform lives. I believe in creating content that is authentic, educational, and impactful rather than simply entertaining. Every piece of content I share aims to encourage someone to learn a new skill, pursue their dreams, or create positive change in their community. If you asked my supporters what they would say about me, they would probably describe me as authentic, inspiring, approachable, and deeply passionate about empowering others. They would say I genuinely care about helping girls and young women succeed, that I lead with integrity, and that I consistently show up for my community. They would also say that I turn ideas into action, celebrate the achievements of others, and motivate people to believe that no dream is too big when combined with education, resilience, and hard work.
"Incredibly insightful. I came with a specific problem and left with a full plan. Worth every shilling."
"Booked 15 minutes just to ask one question. Got a full framework I still use today. Fast, clear, no fluff."
"The feedback was honest and direct. Some things I didn't want to hear, but all correct."
