What if Chemuttai cancels?

If the creator cancels a confirmed session, you receive a full refund immediately. They will offer you a priority rescheduled slot at no additional cost.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes — reschedule requests made more than 24 hours before your session are free. Within 24 hours, contact support@joininnercircle.vip.

Which platform is the video call on?

Sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet. You'll get the link in your confirmation email. No special software needed — a browser works fine.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Lemonade Payments (mylemonade.io), regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya. Inner Circle never stores your payment details directly.
